Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards
Customized or personalized products
Clearance or final sale items
Perishable goods (if applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
